Things have been a little quiet here just lately, we’ve been waiting patiently for the wheels within wheels to kick into motion.

Mission Accomplished!

At long last we finally got the finished, printed book in our hands yesterday. The authors proof copy arrived from Lulu via courier yesterday afternoon and I went straight round to see Mary and see what she thought of it.

The whole experience was rather surreal (her own words) after waiting for so many years and finally having the finished article in her hands. The book is perfect, and has now been approved for distribution from Lulu.

So what does this now mean? It means that right now you can buy the book from Lulu, but in the upcoming weeks it will also be available through Amazon and other vendors. If you are thinking about hanging back and ordering from Amazon when it becomes available this can take up to eight weeks for the ISBN number to be entered into all the various reference catalogues for books across the world.
By ordering through Lulu we also get a higher creators royalty, and while we have not produced this work to make money, we all have bills to pay

We are already planning for the next book, and the wisdom spoken from our guides between 2002 and 2008 that we have documented is nothing short of mindblowing.

After the final cover was approved on Tuesday everything fell into place and by Wednesday morning we were ready to go. The full profile of the book can be found at the Lulu Marketplace HERE.

At the moment you can only buy the book from Lulu, but in the next few weeks it will also be available from Amazon and brick and mortal book retailers. Stay tuned for more exciting news!

The Final Hurdle

I was visiting Mary Anne yesterday when my iPhone pinged into life with an e-mail from Lulu. The revised back cover was in and ready for approval!

Unfortunately where she lives is something of a mobile phone black hole, and trying to download a picture over GPRS might even try the considerable patience of our guides! But we soon had the cover which is pitch perfect. So all we are doing now is waiting once again for everything to be put together. So very close.

We are very excited to announce that we can almost see the finishing line for the printed version of the book! The designers at Lulu have sent over the front and back cover designs and the formatted manuscript. So far Lulu have not put a foot wrong and have exceeded our expectations.

The formatting looks fantastic, we should just need a few minor tweaks and then we are ready to go. Shine on Little Light…

Living.. Gets An ISBN!

Exciting times here at Lightbringer Towers! We received word from Lulu last Friday that Living With The Light has now been assigned an ISBN number, and we are another step further to having a published book.

Here it is in all its glory.

We cannot wait for the book to be available and ready to help everyone with its message.

Welcome to the Living With The Light blog. It is on here we will be updating you with the latest news regarding the book and our future projects.

The web site is currently evolving as we are getting everything locked into place. Right now you can download a free sample of the book as well as purchase a DRM free PDF digital download for just £5.00.

As it is also stated on the main site, a print version of Living With The Light is on its way. Like many authors we are self publishing through the wonders of the internet with Lulu.com. The files are with their designers right now getting shaped into the final physical product. Timescales for the printed book are a little hard to lock down at the moment, but we are hoping sometime in April you will be able to order it.

As well as ordering direct from Lulu you will also be able to purchase the book from Amazon and order it from bookstores such as Barnes & Noble in the US.
There will also be a version of the book for eBook readers such as the Apple iPad. This will also be available from Lulu and will contain DRM.
